1) Return Authorization Required (RMA)
Before sending anything back, you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RMA). Returns shipped without authorization may be refused and returned.

2) Custom-Built Enclosures (Made-to-Order)
A) General Rule
Custom-built enclosures are made specifically for your vehicle and specs. For that reason, custom-built orders are not refundable once fabrication begins. This is standard across custom/special orders in car audio.
B) Our “We Fix It” Promise (No-Cost)
If the issue is caused by:

a verified manufacturing defect, OR
-
a verified design/build error by LT Audio Enclosures
we will repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you.
C) Fitment & Customer-Provided Specs
If the fitment issue is caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong trim, wrong sub model, wrong measurements, incomplete constraints), it may not qualify for free remake/refund. In many cases we can still help with a paid modification option if feasible.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a refund:

Item must be new, unused, and uninstalled

Item must be in original packaging with all included components

No missing hardware/accessories
Important Installation Rule (Very Common)
If a subwoofer has been mounted to the enclosure (screws/drilling), the enclosure is considered installed/used and is not eligible for return. This is a common industry rule for enclosures.
Restocking Fee (If You Want “Industry Standard”)
If you want to match many car-audio retailers, you may apply a restocking fee for non-defective returns:

15% restocking fee may apply on eligible returns that are not defective and are returned for preference/ordering error reasons.
(If you don’t want this fee, tell me and I’ll remove it.)
4) Subwoofers & Audio Equipment Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for refund:

Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Any opened/installed equipment may be refused (because installation introduces high risk of damage from wiring, overpowering, or misuse). This is a common policy approach.
5) Defective / Wrong Item Received (No Cost)
If we shipped the wrong item, or the item is defective:

We will provide the resolution at no cost to you (repair, replacement, or refund)

We may provide return instructions and shipping coverage as needed

7) Refund Method & Timing (Zelle / Cash App / Apple Pay)
Refund Method
Refunds are issued back through the original payment route when possible:

Apple Pay: refunded through Apple Pay processing method (when available)

Zelle: refunded to the Zelle-linked bank destination provided/confirmed

Cash App: refunded to the Cash App account/payment route used
If the original route is not available, we may issue:
Refund Timing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
8) Cancellations
Custom Orders

Cancellations may be allowed within 24 hours of payment if fabrication has not started and design work has not begun.

Once fabrication begins, the order cannot be canceled.
