We ship across the United States. Certain products may ship as oversized packages due to dimensions/weight.

1) Production & Processing Times

Custom-Built Enclosures

Custom orders require fabrication time. Typical lead time is 3–10 business days after:
• all specs are confirmed, and
• payment is received/verified

More complex builds (multi-sub, complex ported tuning, advanced vehicle integration) may require additional time. If we need more information from you (measurements/photos/spec confirmation), the build timeline starts once we receive final confirmation.

Premade Vehicle-Specific Enclosures (In Stock)

In-stock premade enclosures typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment verification.

Subwoofers & Equipment (In Stock)

Typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment verification.

2) Shipping Methods & Transit Time

Transit time depends on carrier and destination. Typical domestic delivery after shipment is:
• Standard: 2–7 business days
• Oversized: may take longer depending on carrier routing

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

3) Tracking

Tracking is sent once the order ships. If tracking does not update immediately, allow 24–48 hours for carrier scans.

4) Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:
• Correct street address
• Apartment/unit number if applicable
• Accurate zip code

If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

5) Shipping Damage (Important)

If your package arrives damaged:
1. Take clear photos of the exterior box (all sides)
2. Take clear photos of internal packaging and the product
3. Keep all packaging materials
4. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Do not install or use a damaged item before contacting us. Installing may void carrier claim eligibility.

6) Lost / Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot find the package:
• Check with household members/roommates
• Check around the property and with neighbors
• Contact the carrier for GPS delivery confirmation

Notify us within 48 hours and we will assist with next steps.

7) Local Pickup (If Offered)

If local pickup is available for your order:
• We will notify you when the product is ready
• Pickup scheduling is required
• Orders not picked up within a reasonable period may incur storage considerations (we will contact you first)
