2) Product Types We Sell

LT Audio Enclosures sells:

1. Custom-built enclosures made to customer specifications (made-to-order)

2. Premade vehicle-specific enclosures (e.g., GMC / RAM / other fitment-based product listings)

3. Subwoofers and car-audio equipment (when available)

Each product category has different production timelines, return eligibility, and warranty coverage. Your order confirmation and the product page description are part of the purchase agreement.

3) Custom Orders & Specification Responsibility

Custom builds are designed around the information you provide. You agree that:

• Vehicle year/make/model/trim and install location must be accurate

• Subwoofer brand/model/size/quantity and mounting depth must be accurate

• Your measurements must be accurate if you provide measurements

• Photos you upload should represent the actual install area

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, we may:

• Contact you for clarification (which may delay the build)

• Proceed based on your submitted information if you approve

• Decline the order if the request is unsafe or unrealistic

Important: Fitment issues caused by incorrect customer-provided specs may not be eligible for free remake, refund, or warranty coverage.

4) Payments (Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App)

Payment Timing

Full payment is required before:

• Production starts on custom orders, OR

• In-stock items ship, OR

• Pickup is scheduled

Payment Verification

For fraud prevention, we may request verification such as:

• Order confirmation details

• Matching contact information

• Payment confirmation reference

If a transaction appears unauthorized or suspicious, we may cancel the order and refuse service.

Peer-to-Peer Payment Accuracy

For Zelle and Cash App payments, you are responsible for sending payment to the correct destination. If you send payment incorrectly due to a customer error, LT Audio Enclosures is not responsible for recovering those funds.

5) Pricing & Errors

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors. If an error occurs after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

6) Build Timelines & Delivery Estimates

Custom build timelines vary based on:

• Complexity (sealed vs ported, multi-sub setups, vehicle integration requirements)

• Material availability

• Workload volume

• Waiting on customer confirmations

Industry-standard custom fabrication lead times typically range from 3–10 business days after specs are confirmed, and more for complex builds. (We will provide the most accurate estimate during quoting and after specs are confirmed.) 

Shipping transit times are carrier estimates and not guaranteed.

7) Installation & Safety

Professional installation is strongly recommended. You are responsible for:

• Secure mounting and safe placement

• Proper wiring, fusing, and electrical safety

• Proper amplifier gain setting to avoid clipping

• Safe loading/handling of heavy enclosures

We are not liable for damage to vehicle electronics, amplifiers, subwoofers, or interiors resulting from improper installation, unsafe mounting, moisture exposure, overpowering/clipping, or misuse.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LT Audio Enclosures is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost time, lost profits, installation labor, vehicle modification costs)

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased from us

9) Intellectual Property

All website content (text, photos, layouts, branding) is owned by LT Audio Enclosures and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
